Intergen has the technical expertise and competence for handling the entire process in-house, from preliminary study to design, production, erection, operation and after sales service.
A team of specialists provides pre-sales assistance to the customers for the analysis of their specific problems, helping them in the choice of the most appropriate solution.
Design is carried out by a team of engineers relying on great experience, but open to the latest technological innovations.
Production is carried out in a modern factory with hoisting devices allowing the assembly of generating sets with a total weight up to 60 tons. An ultra modern testing facility, designed to minimise acoustic and exhaust gas pollution, allows to carry out strict tests on all the
products, including full load runs. Special emphasis is placed in the testing phase in accordance with the corporate policy, constantly aimed at increasing product quality
The SGM division of Intergen designs, builds and installs custombuilt automation systems for industrial processes both for external customers and for Intergenís production range, such as the cogeneration plants. The related software is developed by its own software engineers.
Intergen is certified according to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004.
The after sales service is located at our headquarters and oversees a regional service
networkconnected via Intranet to the main office, assuring prompt delivery of spare parts and short intervention times of the technicians.
This department also performs full service operation of the plants on behalf of the Owners,
ensuring smooth running and maximised energy production.
Remote monitoring, assistance and troubleshooting can be performed by linking the
supervision systems of the plants to the central service office via modem.
